JET ESCP EUROPE – INFORMATION ON THE TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
(Information pursuant to art. 13 D. Lgs. 196/2003, Code regarding the protection of personal data)

It is advised to read the following privacy policy so that the user is aware and aware of the possible use of our personal data by us.
JET informs that the data communicated by the user will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and according to the criteria below.
Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the processing of the data you provide to JET will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality.

In particular, on our treatment modalities, the latter will take place minimizing the use of personal data provided by the user (principle of necessity – article 3 of the Code), as well as respecting the following principles (article 11 of the Code) :
• Lawfulness and correctness of the treatment;
• Purpose of the processing;
• accuracy and updating of data;
• Relevance, completeness and non-excess of the data collected with respect to the purposes of the processing;
• Storage of data for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which the treatment was carried out.
Specifically, JEMIB will handle the processing of personal data, finalizing it only to the pursuit of social and statutory purposes, or otherwise connected in instrumental way to the association including:
• Use in the platforms used for CVs;
• Internal or external surveys;
• Marketing purposes or promotion of activities proposed by the same association;
JET is also required to adopt appropriate security measures to minimize the risks of destruction, loss, unauthorized access or processing of personal data that is not permitted or does not comply with the purpose of the collection (Article 31 of the Code).
The data will in fact be kept in paper archives adequately protected or placed on a given database or a digital support with adequate protection, aimed at ensuring the security and confidentiality of the data.
In particular, the Data Processor must adopt the minimum security measures (Article 33 of the Code and Annex B to the Code) aimed at ensuring a minimum level of protection of personal data.
The data controller is JET ESCP EUROPE
In case of cessation of treatment, personal data must be (Article 16 of the Code):
• Destroyed;
• Transferred to another holder, provided that they are destined to a treatment in terms compatible with the purposes for which the data are collected;
• Retained for exclusively personal purposes and not intended for systematic communication or dissemination;
• Retained or transferred to another holder for historical, statistical or scientific purposes.
Vice versa on the rights of the interested party, in relation to the processing of personal data to the user concerned and recognized the exercise of the rights referred to in art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the text of which is reproduced below.
Art. 7. Right of access to personal data and other rights 1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him / her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form. 2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of the processing; c) of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) of the identifying details of the holder, of the responsible and of the designated representative according to article 5, paragraph 2; e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents. 3. The interested party has the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment is it proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. 4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him / her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
